constitutional

to see that the
educational
resources
of all
countries
are used to
combat
racism

curricula

textbooks

scientific
and ethical
considerations
concerning
human
unity and
diversity
and that no invidious
distinctions
are made with
regard
to any
people

training
teachers to
achieve
these ends; by making the
resources
of the
educational
system
available to all
groups

racial

steps

remedy

handicaps
