Convention
may be made at any

by any
State Party
by means of a
notification
in
writing
addressed to the
Secretary-General of the United Nations

amendments

States Parties
with a
request
that they notify him whether the favour a
conference
of
States Parties
for the
purpose
of considering and

upon the
