techniques required for effective marketing;

conditions for the
implementation of
measures to
promote trade and to satisfy the
needs of users in
respect of imported
products, in particular
through
market research and
advertising measures as well as,
where
useful, the
establishment of
supply facilities, the
furnishing of spare parts, the
functioning of after sales
services, and the
training of the necessary
local technical
personnel;
