Articles
referred to in paragraph (1) shall
enter into force
one
month
after
written notifications
of
acceptance

with their respective
constitutional

Director General

countries

Assembly

time
it
adopted
the
amendment

amendment
to the said
Articles

accepted
shall bind all the
countries
