1. The
States Parties shall consult and
cooperate with each other to
settle
any
dispute
That may arise with
regard to the
application or the
interpretation of
this
Convention.
Each
State Party may bring any such
dispute before the
Meeting of the
States
Parties.
2. The
Meeting of the
States Parties may
contribute to the
settlement
of
the
dispute
by whatever means it deems appropriate,
including offering its good
offices,
calling
upon the
States parties to a
dispute to start the
settlement procedure
of their
choice
and recommending a
time-
limit for any
agreed procedure.
