ARTICLE 19
The present Convention, of which the Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the United Nations.
The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall transmit certified copies of the present Convention to all States.
Adopted and opened for signature and ratification by General Assembly resolution 3068 (XXVIII) of 30 November 1973
